Concept Skill: Anthem of Flight (elite)
I posted this skill before on a thread, but I thought it was cool so I make a thread about it!
Anthem of Flight (elite) 5 energy 1 second casting time 20 second recharge time Elite Chant. The next time each ally within earshot uses an attack skill, that ally moves 33% faster and deals +1...15 damages towards moving foes for 3...14 seconds. (Leadership). |

Can you say war vs. monk = gg. This skill is way to powerful. Especially for monks who, of course, like to kite, this skill would just plow through them.
If your serious about this skill, make it more energy, longer casting, longer recharge, and move 25% faster. Keep damage the same, but decrease towards moving foes to about...3-10 seconds. And this skill could have potential. Highly unlikely. |

Sounds a lot like [skill]harrier's haste[/skill].
However, the problem is that it applies to all party members. What about a clause to have it end when they go into a stance? |
